little hint (although this was uploaded ages ago)
before drawing, look at other people's drawings of the human anatomy, and proportions....since the arms are too thick for the rest of the body, and seem yo have no muscle on them at all....and your placing of where the neck is in relation to the head....draw the general outline of the head and shoulders with no other details, then add and other features later...
